LIFT Leadership Team
Sandy Boetteger – Director
Sandy praises God for including her in His work when He wrote I Cor. 1:26, “Not many… wise are chosen.” It is not out of low self-esteem, but from recognition that without Him she can do nothing. Since accepting Jesus as her Savior at the age of seven, every calling on her life has been a step of faith, including her position on the LIFT Team. Five years ago, after several years as a volunteer leader at Trinity Bible Church, Phoenix, she joined the staff as Director of Women’s Ministry. Aside from her personal roles as wife, mother of two, and grandmother of six, ministry to women has been the most rewarding adventure. She says, “I am humbled that God would call me, trust me, and choose to use me in blessing others. It is with great excitement that I choose to cooperate with God in helping ‘encourage and equip’ other women’s ministry leaders.” BoettgerSandy@cs.com

Carrie Chipman - Special Events Coordinator
Carrie is not a stranger to ministry. She has been involved in church-work for thirty years. She began working with children and at one time thought she would continue serving there for the rest of her life. But God had other plans. Although all Carrie knew about Women’s Ministry at the time was that it was something that women who didn’t work participated in (little did she know!!!), God placed her on a team of women who were just beginning a Women’s Ministry program in her church in Texas. She was the “token” working woman. From there God began to fan a flame in her that couldn’t be extinguished – she couldn’t learn enough about this thing we call Women’s Ministry. After reading every book and article ever written on the subject and attending every conference, she enrolled at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received a certification in Women’s Ministry. She has led Women’s Ministry programs in three churches and currently volunteers as a Women’s Ministry liaison between Arizona Southern Baptist churches and the Arizona Southern Baptist Convention. She is dedicated to helping the local church reach and disciple women. Carrie lives in the beautiful Ahwatukee Foothills in Phoenix with her wonderful husband of thirty years, Howard. carrie.chipman@cox.net

Jennifer has been married to her wonderful husband Lee for 18yrs and they are blessed with a 12 year old son. Her desire is to be used by God to lead women to a saving knowledge of Himself and to encourage them in the freedom He provides. She has been on the Women’s Ministry Team at The Church At Arrowhead for over 7 yrs and also finds joy in being a group leader for the Women of Faith Conference. Jennifer’s life verse is Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.jsorcinelli@cox.net
