Biography:
Vicki Kuyper – After graduating from high school, Vicki was preparing to enlist in the Navy and become one of the first women to enroll at the Annapolis Naval Academy. But one week at a Young Life camp in Canada changed the direction of her life and her future career. As Vicki read the Bible for the very first time, she began to understand that God was more than a Creator. He was also a Father who loved her as His very own child. In one of Vicki’s very first prayers, she asked God whether she should enlist in the Navy. She felt His response to her was to do what she’d always felt she was created to do—write.
Vicki set aside dreams of Annapolis and enrolled at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, to study Journalism. Soon afterward, she met and married her husband Mark Kuyper. Over the past twenty years, while raising their two children, Ryan and Katrina, she has completed a wide variety of projects for a diverse clientele, which include writing for Current, Inc., authoring magazine articles, video scripts, book reviews and more.

Dr. Leslie Dodrill serves as Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at the Arizona Campus of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. For nearly forty years, Dr. Dodrill has served Arizona churches in a wide variety of lay positions: Bible study teacher for all age groups, Discipleship leader, GA/Missions leader, Outreach/Evangelism leader, and chair/member of numerous committees. She has served on the pastoral staff at North Phoenix Baptist Church and is currently a NAMB appointed missionary serving with her husband, Gary, in the Estrella Baptist Association. For eight years she served as Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at a Christian university. She also has a ministry to children with special needs and to their families, which seeks to bring understanding and encouragement.

Biography:
Dr. Carol Travilla is a certified LifePlan facilitator and Spiritual Director, has a passion to help women discover and clarify their purpose in life. Carol is the author of Caring Without Wearing and co-author of The Intentional Woman. She earned a B.A. in Christian education and an M.A. in counseling psychology and worked on a large church staff as the director of Christian education. Carol, licensed as a psychologist and marriage and family therapist in Minnesota where she founded a Christian counseling center, has developed curriculum and facilitated classes on personal and spiritual growth. She served alongside her husband Ken for many years as a pastor’s wife. Carol also serves on the Advisory Council for LIFT ministry (Leaders In Fellowship Together) and the Advisory Council for Christian Formation and Direction Ministries. They now live in Chandler, Arizona. Ken and Carol enjoy their married children and four grandsons. ctravilla@cox.net
